Who answers for this site

This directory is run independently. For any legal matter, request to take content down, correction of details or report, the contact channel is the address kengaz2026@outlook.com, which is read and answered.

What this site is and is not

Kengaz is a shop window: it shows profiles and links to the places where each person posts. It is not an agency, it represents nobody, it brokers no contracts and takes no commission. It hosts no third-party content and processes no payments.

External links lead to sites we do not control. Each has its own terms and policies, and we answer neither for their content nor for their availability.

Minimum age

Every person in the directory is over 18, and her age is verified against an identity document before publishing. Nobody under 18 is published under any circumstances.

If you find any content involving a person under 18, write to the contact address immediately and it will be removed without delay.

Use of image

Every photograph published has written authorisation from the person in it, granted for this specific use. No image is published without that permission.

Any person portrayed may ask for her card to be changed or taken down at any time, without giving reasons and at no cost. The request is handled the same day it arrives.

Content removal

If you believe something published here infringes your rights, write to us saying what the content is and why. We review every request and, where appropriate, remove the content immediately while the matter is settled.

What data we collect

From people who apply through the form we collect: full name, stage name, email address, phone, country, city, date of birth, links to social accounts, a short description and the permissions ticked.

Gender identity. Since September 2026 the form also asks for it, and "prefer not to say" is an answer that affects the application in no way at all. It is sensitive data and it is treated as such: it is not published, unless the person herself ticks the box that authorises it. Without that box it is kept privately, alongside the phone number and the date of birth. It can be taken off the card whenever she asks, the same day and with no explanation required. It is not used for advertising, nor for statistics that are shared, and it is not given to third parties.

Of people published in the directory we show: name, description, authorised photographs, external links and — only if she expressly authorised it — her gender identity.

We use no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. We neither sell nor pass data to third parties for commercial purposes.

What we use that data for

• To assess the application and contact the person.
• To publish the card, when the person expressly authorises it.
• To keep the proof of consent and of being of age.

The basis for processing this data is the consent of the person herself, given freely, specifically and on an informed basis when the form is submitted.

Where it is stored

The data is stored on Supabase servers, with the database located in São Paulo, Brazil. Supabase acts solely as a data processor, handling the data on behalf of this site and under its instructions.

A copy of each application is also sent to Netlify, the provider that hosts this site, for the sole purpose of generating the email notice that a new application has arrived. Netlify likewise acts as a data processor.

The application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from robots. For that, at the moment you apply, Cloudflare receives your network address and technical data from your browser. It is not used to track you or for advertising, and Cloudflare acts as a data processor.

Age verification documents and signed authorisations are kept separately, with restricted access, and only for as long as they are needed to evidence consent.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies, has no third-party analytics and shows no advertising. There is nothing here that follows your browsing.

There is a single technical cookie, called kg_acceso, which is only created if you enter with an access key and serves to remember that you have already passed the region check. It lasts 30 days and stores no data about you. Because it is strictly necessary for the site to work, it requires no prior consent; you can delete it whenever you like from your browser.

Your rights

At any time you may ask to know what data of yours we hold, to correct it, to update it, to withdraw your consent and to have your data and your card deleted. It is enough to write to the contact address from the address you registered.

Ownership of the content

The photographs belong to whoever created them and to whoever appears in them. They are shown here with authorisation and no right over them is transferred. The design, the texts and the structure of this site belong to its owner.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date in the heading is updated. Changes affecting people already published are notified by email before they take effect.
