Fast track: if you are the person in the photo

You need none of what follows. Write from the address you registered, ask for removal, and it is done the same day, with no explanation and no justification required. It is your image and you decide.

If you are a copyright holder

Send your notice to kengaz2026@outlook.com with the subject "Content removal", including:

• Identification of the work: which material of yours was used without authorisation.
• The exact address on this site where it appears — the full URL, not just the name of the page.
• Your contact details: name, email and, where applicable, the entity you represent.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
• A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your signature, physical or electronic.

Timeframes

We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours. When the request comes from the person portrayed, the content comes down the same day. In every other case, if the notice is complete the content is removed or made inaccessible while it is reviewed, and we answer with the decision within up to 7 working days.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or a misidentification, you can write to the same address explaining why, identifying the material and giving your contact details. We review it and we answer.

Content involving anyone under 18

This is the only category with no process and no timeframe: it is removed immediately, without waiting for prior verification. If you spot something like this, write to us right now. In Brazil you can also report it directly to SaferNet.

Intimate images published without consent

Besides writing to us, there is a free tool worth knowing about: StopNCII.org. It creates a digital fingerprint of the image inside your own device — the photo never leaves it — and the large platforms use that fingerprint to stop the image being posted again.

Abuse of this procedure

Knowingly filing a false notice to take down legitimate content has legal consequences for whoever does it. We log every request received, with the date and time.
